GPR have distributed their monthly update on property shares again. Their performance report on May 2009 indicated the worldwide index (GPR250Global) rising again with 7.4%. Last month, the performance was 18.8% and YTD, the performance was (only) -0.5%.
The gain was predominancly driven by Asian property stocks soaring by 21% and on country level, the list was topped by China with 47,5%.
